The fourteener challenge is an award that recognizes soaring pilots who have used their skills to soar above 55 Colorado mountains, with peaks over 14,000 feet, commonly referred to as the "Fourteeners".
Colorado has 54 peaks whose summits tower above 14,000ft. In addition, an extra fourteener has been included in the challenge, Challenger Point. This shares the same name as the award and it is the only peak with a direct link to aviation.
Your challenge is to soar above each of these on the silent wings of a glider. |
